Day 64 – Chemistry of smell

Some interesting observations

Whenever I make a tadka of rai, uraddal, hing and curry leaves, I am reminded of home.

When I make a tadka with panch phoron, cd says “Something smells nice. What are you making?”

So I have concluded that more than the taste of food, the smells bring back memories.
